Stepping into our Center of Excellence, you will seek to continuously improve our strong business process foundation. Working closely alongside two senior consultants, you will help develop and maintain our BPM platform, and you will assist in: Maintaining and developing process documentation methodologies (conventions and user guides) Developing training material and delivering training to Process Designers Ensuring quality in process documentation by reviewing processes and bringing to light any discrepancies from our global Business Process standards Managing networks and knowledge sharing fora to support the process documentation community Delivering reporting data and creating user-friendly reporting that is relevant to the community of process and document owners Join our connected community You will be part of our Corporate IT Business Enabling function with 11 talented experts.
