For our Offshore Business Controlling team, we are looking for a dedicated Financial Controller. The Offshore Business Controlling team provides stakeholders with reliable financial data in a timely manner to support decisions. You will be part of an international team of motivated financial controllers. What are my responsibilities? The major responsibility of our team is planning, reporting and controlling of the financial key figures for Wind Power Offshore, and your specific responsibilities include: • Overall Responsibility for Headcount and Department Budgets Reporting & Forecasting: Lead the development, monitoring, control and reporting for the various Danish department budgets • Support global Headcount & Cost Center Consolidation • Providing budget related support to the various Offshore departments • Analysing and reporting of operational departments productivity • Clarify the reasons for deviations between Actuals and Budget / Forecast and prepare comments on this • Working closely with our locations in Germany, the UK, the USA & China regarding headcount and sustaining cost reporting / forecasting activities • Developing productive costing rates • Preparation of monthly financial management reporting • Support preparation of Business Target agreements and if necessary service level agreements with other regional Siemens entities • Continuous improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility • Perform ad-hoc reporting and controlling tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a University degree in the area of Business Administration, Economics or Finance / Accounting or similar combined with at least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably from a large international company • Profound commercial knowledge, especially in the area of financial execution of international projects (POC) • You are an experienced user of IT tools (esp. Excel, Power Point as well as SAP and BW) • As a person, you are result oriented, structured and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills and you thrive in a busy and international environment handling many simultaneous tasks • You possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing, additional language skills (German, Danish) would be an advantage • Intercultural experience will be appreciated In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
