- Daily management of Installation Leads Job ID: 134959 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: full time For our Offshore Project Site Execution department located in Vejle, Denmark, we are looking for a strong and dedicated Team Leader to manage and develop our group of Installation Leads. The members of the group are located at our wind turbine sites all over Europe, thus some travel can be expected. What are my responsibilities? • Daily management of the Installation Lead group • Planning and allocating resources at our sites • Ensuring coherence between the resources and tasks within the group • Ensuring that professional competency is present in the group according to the area of responsibility • Being responsible for hiring new employees in cooperation with the recruiting department • Ensuring that the group is motivated, and conducting personal development sessions with each employee What do I need to qualify for this job? You possess excellent management skills and have experience in the management of remote groups of people. You have strong technical knowledge and flair in general, and you have preferably gained experience working at a wind turbine site. As a person, you are patient and understand the importance of continuous management and motivation of people from a distance. You have an analytical and structured mindset and a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Furthermore, you possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing, and you have IT experience, especially with MS Office. If you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
