Do you have what it takes to be IT Team Lead at a global company, where you apply your experience and business understanding to set a new agenda? ECCO is fast becoming a global premium consumer brand. To support this, you drive a team of IT infrastructure consultants closer to the business we are inherently part of. Job Profile: In this newly established position as IT Team Lead, you manage a team of five Senior IT Infrastructure consultants that develop and enhance ECCO’s Global IT infrastructure. The team covers everything from the core network to the global unified communication and ECCO’s private and public Cloud platforms. Here you help us adopt a customer-oriented culture, where your team engages directly with their business counterparts. Doing so, you will: Step into our Competence Center Management Group. Be an imperative role in making our new IT strategy and Infrastructure roadmap come to life. Become responsible for daily people management, securing optimal use of available resources and supporting team performance and development. Build positive relations to relevant partners, establishing a dialogue that facilitates optimal roadmap implementation in close cooperation with the Solution Architects and the rest of the Infrastructure & Operations Management team. Take charge of prioritisations, planning and follow-up of tasks and projects. Ensure that all developments and implementations are done according to the defined guidelines and principles within ECCO. Drive the team’s yearly cycle, ad hoc tasks, enhancements and projects. Use your business understanding to clarify and understand the business context in order to position ECCO IT as a business partner for the functional business areas. Qualifications and Work Experience: In Group IT, we are committed to establishing fruitful relationships with the business units. To do so, you manage and navigate across time zones and cultural differences, while you contribute to advance our new strategy that takes Group IT closer to our customers. Your qualifications: You have a relevant degree and some years of experience with a global or enterprise IT infrastructure and a motivation to test or improve your leadership abilities. With a team of experts, you acknowledge that your people skill is your greatest asset to ensure that your team succeed. Preferably, you have intercultural experience and knowledge of driving cross-border collaborations and projects. You know what it takes to work across a matrix organization. You have an ongoing high focus on risk management and proactively initiate actions to manage stakeholders and mitigate risks. You are willing to travel up to 20 days a year.
