Job ID: 207798 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: full time In your role as Team Assistant you will be supporting our Offshore Engineering organization’s Workspace and Intranet set-ups and support three Offshore Engineering teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks What are my responsibilities? • Implementing the agreed structure for the new Sharepoint 2013 Workspace • Maintaining the department’s Intranet pages up-to-date • Supporting teams with administrative tasks, e.g. arranging IT equipment and onboarding new employees, issuing of purchase requests, booking of internal and external meetings and venues, documentation of meetings, preparation of presentations and other documentation upon request What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have experience in structuring information and enjoy working with IT tools, such as Sharepoint. You are an experienced coordinator and can focus on completing both short-term and long-term tasks at the same time. • As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented, and you enjoy providing efficient systems and support to those around you. You are calm and confident, and enjoy interacting and collaborating with a wide range of people. You have a keen interest in continuously improving the work environment around you. • Your English skills, both orally and in writing, are excellent, and you thrive in a multicultural environment. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
