Would you help us build HR infrastructure that supports management decisions? We have a small Compensation, Compliance & Systems team in People & Strategy that is exposed broadly in Grundfos. For this team we are now looking for an energetic and result oriented Compensation & Benefit Specialist. Are you looking for a well-functioning work/life interaction? You will be exposed to a wide variety of assignments within the scope of our team. You will assist the business with all aspects within C&B. As C&B Specialist your working areas will be: ? Project management including working with training, communication, and change management. Supporting the business with C&B analysis, benchmarks, and recommendations. Conduction position evaluations (IPE). Developing C&B tools/framework in corporation with the team. Development and implementation of benefit programmes. Reporting on People Data/KPIs (BI) ? Administration of C&B programmes (e.g. incentives, shares etc.). You probably hold a M.Sc. in Economics, Finance or Business. You have some experience within the C&B field or related areas and are able to make a solid analysis and turn this into management recommendations. As a person you are a team player and you are motivated by supporting customers. You speak and write English fluently and are an excellent communicator. With your excellent business understanding, energy and persistence, you stay focused on your assignments and work dedicated.
