For our Resource Management department we are looking for a Service Technician to help us solve some of the most technically difficult challenges we face globally. In our department we employ a team of highly skilled wind turbine technicians, who are sent out to deal with high priority assignments. What are my responsibilities? Troubleshoot or repair as well as change mechanical, hydraulic or electrical components on Siemens and Bonus wind turbines Diagnose problems involving wind turbine generators Train end-users/local service technicians in maintenance tasks Maintenance of Siemens wind turbines Installation of wind turbines on-& off shore What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a background as an electrician or a bachelor in Technology Management and Marine Engineering. You posses extensive IT working skills (Windows, MS Office skills, SAP). As a person you are independent and able to work and act in small teams and remote areas. You are flexible and efficient, keeping an open mind and seeing changes and problems as opportunities instead of obstacles. This makes you able to adapt to the rapidly changing demands and find workable solutions. In this position it is also important that you are professional, work-focused and reliable. You have great interpersonal skills, a strong cultural awareness and excellent communication skills. You possess great English skills, both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
