Would you like to work with recruitment services and put your mark on new processes and systems in our brand new HR Operational Services department? Then here is your chance to shape the future within Grundfos recruitment where you will play an important role in securing the right talent. You join the DK HR Operational Services department - a newly established function focusing on operational HR services. We have started the journey of HR Operational Services in Denmark and the journey could lead us to a more global set up in the future. The department today consists of 10 colleagues covering employer branding, mobility, compensation & benefits as well as attraction. You refer to Manager, Marie Ropeid Arildsen. ”Our global Center of Expertise for Organisational Development in Grundfos is developing concepts for us to work with hands-on, so we aim to be the specialists who support the business within our fields of expertise. We are only just starting this process, so you will join the team from the beginning, giving you a unique opportunity to influence the atmosphere as well as our tools and processes,” Marie explains. What is the job about? You primary task will be to support our managers with recruitment, covering the entire process from start-up meetings to settling the offers with the right candidate. On top of this, you will play a role in a global team working on designing and implementing our new talent management tool SuccessFactors, which will support a new global process on recruitment. Thus, you will work closely with the global Center of Expertise for Organisational Development to look at how we can carry out our processes in an even smarter way. “Your challenge in this new position will be to balance the regular recruitment operations, where you support the managers, with developing and optimising the way we do things as we roll out SuccessFactors. You will be working very independently on the daily operations, which also means you get the possibility to influence the way we handle recruitments in our newly established HR set-up,” Marie says. What do you need to apply? You have a few years of experience with recruitment and a proven track record driving or contributing to similar global HR initiatives. Moreover, you have a strong ability to work in projects. It is an advantage if you have experience in recruiting technical profiles, and it is a plus if you have Sourcing experience. As we work in a market with limited candidate pools, you need to know how to work proactively to find the right candidates. Moreover, you are fluent in English as well as Danish. “On a personal level, you have good interpersonal skills and know how to build trust and interact well with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Because of your dedication to recruitment, you thrive on giving input to improvement of our on-going recruitment processes. Finally, you possess good business understanding and you like working in a dynamic environment where you get to be proactive and independent,” Marie finishes.
