We are 8 colleagues consisting of Product Managers and Product Specialists, and we are responsible for product management of our products. Our aim is to deliver intelligent customised solutions that optimise performance and transportation of wastewater in the best possible way for each customer. We introduce new products to the market as well as train sales colleagues in our products and solutions. We receive requests from all over the world, so we have a strong focus on facts to support the business in the best possible way,” Peter explains. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Global Product Specialist, you are responsible for the area of prefabricated pumping stations. Thus, you carry out product training within this area for your Sales and Service colleagues around the globe and develop training material and equipment. Moreover, you provide content for technical product documentation and support your Sales and Service colleagues regarding technical product inquiries from the market. Another important part of your job is to participate in developing and upgrading new products and variants within your product area. In this process, you are also responsible for providing content and proof reading technical product documentation. “Your success in this job largely depends on the success of your colleagues around the globe and your ability to support them. This requires the ability to have the technical dialogue and being able to convey and pass on your knowledge,” Peter says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a technical background, e.g. as Technician combined with some years of experience within the field. Most important is your technical flair combined with the ability and willingness to find answers and solutions for your colleagues around the globe. You speak and write fluent English. Danish is a plus but not a prerequisite. “On a personal level, you are outgoing and have a well-developed service gene which allows you to present technical material to and train your colleagues around the world,” Peter finishes.
