Hvad tilbyder vi? Would you like to play a key role in our concept development of major projects in production development? Do you want to be a key player from the very beginning of a project and create a concept that sets the highest standards for our project execution? You will join the Production Concepts and Project Management Department. Here, we deliver project management and production concept development resources to coordinate and take leadership across the Development Engineering organisation. The department consists of 4 experienced project managers, 1 concept engineer and several consultants. You refer to Department Head Kamilla Bittmann. “Our work creates the perfect breeding ground for projects, and we handle all details regarding production development in new product development implementation – thus being relentlessly ambitious and making sure we are the fastest and the best at what we do,” Kamilla says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Concept Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and establishing an overview of the complete project, from start to end in new production introduction and capacity expansions. You will have great influence on our projects and work with all details concerning production facilities, processes, component purchase etc. Your role is to gather all relevant information to create a transparent overview of the project. With the information, you create a concept and a plan that enables high quality project execution - on time and within budget. In doing so, you cooperate with customers and other stakeholders to set the direction for production development. “Your challenge will be to keep an overview while including all the details. Constant progress is very important, and you need to secure that, while maintaining a focus on quality,” Kamilla explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a degree in engineering, preferably within product development or production and good technical knowledge. Knowledge of and experience with production, concepts, processes and automation is essential. You also possess solid analytical skills and financial understanding. Experience with system integration, product implementation as well as visual management and project management is a plus. You speak and write English fluently. “You understand the processes and can think the concept through from beginning to end. You are a team player but can also work independently on multiple projects and find information for new concepts. It is important that you think of efficiency and organise as well as visualise the concept, and that you can take responsibility and make a decision when needed,” Kamilla finishes.
