At Siemens’ diagnostic center in Denmark, all of the connections between our wind turbines converge and the result is vast amounts of data. The center opened in 2014 and has become a place where nearly two decades of experience in wind turbine diagnostics are leveraged for the benefit of our customers. Every day over 150 Siemens experts are listening to the “voices” of nearly 10,000 wind turbines to ensure their optimal performance. With our remote monitoring and diagnostics services, we keep our eyes and ears on our customers’ wind turbines worldwide and resolve alarms with no need for a service team to visit the site. In addition, our diagnostic experts can detect potential errors before they become serious. Our service programs incorporate both remote monitoring and diagnostics to intelligently optimize turbine performance. For the Monitoring and Control department within the Diagnostic Center in Brande we are looking for a coordinator to be the driving force in the development and generation of reports and, in cooperation with our user managers, handle the user administration. What are my responsibilities? More specifically, you tasks will cover · Reports delivered to customers · User administration – Handling, troubleshooting, developing and educating employees in MC · Process description – Updating and creating new descriptions if necessary ( Business sense for writing process description) · Contributing, driving, implementing and developing new ideas/tools (write requirements specifications in regards to new ideas/tools) What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an advanced knowledge of and strong flair for IT. Furthermore you have an extensive understanding of processes and solid business sense. · You have great skills within written communication and are capable of writing longer technical reports in both Danish and English. · As a person you are analytical, detail-oriented and approaches new tasks with a can-do spirit. You are comfortable with working on your own but a great interface with your manager and the rest of the organization must also be expected. · And last but not least you can prioritize your tasks and keep calm in a hectic and ever-changing environment. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
