For our IT ISEC department we are looking for an experienced Information Security Officer who has the necessary skills to lead an information Security department and maintain and improve the Information Security in the Wind Power division. The candidate will be part of the Siemens IT CISO management team and will together with the other CoEs work closely together with Business Partner IT for the division to implement good and secure solutions for the business being the contact partner for the business in all information security topics. We operate in a global environment and are responsible for the design and implementation of IT security solutions and services in the Siemens Wind Power business globally. What are my responsibilities? · To understand business strategy, goals, objectives and breaking them down to business capabilities related to Information Security area · To analyze and evaluate Information Security trends and developments based on IT Strategy and changes in the IT market · Host the International Property Rights and ACP (Asset Classification) process and define adequate protection concepts for respective intellectual property · Perform risk based Information Security · Perform regular business impact analysis (BIA) · Perform workspace inspections on locations (e.g. by questionnaire) · Keep a regular and good contact with the rest of IT · Aligh IPINS (Intrusion Prevention and Inventory Service) and Antivirus handling with the infrastructure CoE drive resolution og escalations · Support the IT project management in the context of information security and supervise projects · Support IT in Business continuity and disaster recovery planning and test · Advise business accountable management of the unit in all Information Security related issues · Contribute and support planning, budgeting, design and alignment of business processes What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have broad experience with Information Security like CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, etc. · You have significant experience with IT and have done a range of professional studies and are familiar with processes like ITIL · You are proactive and self-determined, you possess strong decision making skills and you are used to working in a multicultural environment · You are a dedicated team player with the ability to work and navigate in a dynamic and international environment with many interfaces · You are an excellent and persuasive communicator and fluent in both spoken and written English In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
