For Global Training in Service Wind Power we are looking for a Training Developer who will be responsible for keeping Siemens Wind Power top of class in training and education. The Training Developer will initiate, develop and handover training materials, targeting installation and service technicians. The position is part of Global Training who is overall responsible for ensuring that the technicians in Project and Service are trained correctly within the latest Siemens Technology and quality & EHS standards, when installing and servicing wind turbines in the field. What are my responsibilities? Initiate technical or safety training development by specifying requirements in cooperation with R&D, Quality & EHS and other global stakeholders Develop full training packages, including educational instructions, presentations, risk assessments etc. Evaluate new trainings by conducting pilot tests of training packages Hand the full training packages over to Train-the-trainers or Instructors globally You will have an outstanding opportunity of working in a cross-functional and highly professional training environment. This job offers great learning opportunities and full insight into all elements of both training development and execution. You must expect 20-30 travel days per year. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical or safety background with at least 3 years of experience with training development from a global business environment You are a specialist who excels in working structured and against a tight timeline in a project-oriented environment with highly specialized people You are self-driven, proactive and persistent in finalizing your work You possess excellent intercultural competencies and you are a strong communicator, who excels in cross-functional collaborations. Furthermore, you are fluent in English - orally as well as in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
