In the role as lead engineer, you become responsible for the maintenance and development of controllers related to Grundfos’ core products. Being in close contact with suppliers, customers and colleagues, you make sure that our HVAC OEM products live up to global standards and directives. Taking responsibility for the approval process, you manage test and validation of our products, including hosting reviews and providing input for improvements. You also take part in developing new hardware solutions, as you supervise and guide hardware engineers in development projects. Finally, you provide electronics factories and our sales staff with relevant knowledge on our products. “This job puts high demands on your ability to work and navigate in a complex matrix organization with many inputs coming from many stakeholders. You can keep an overview, and you feel comfortable having the final say in important safety and quality matters. This also means that you are able to understand our products from not just a technical point of view but from a business perspective as well,” Michael says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge?
