In January, we initiated the global Customer Experience (CX) function. The world-wide team is up and running, shining the light on opportunities to help our customers succeed. As our global Project Manager is going on maternity leave at the end of November, we now seek a Project Coordinator to join the team. What are my responsibilities? As project coordinator, within the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for evaluating project ideas, support business case development, develop and manage the execution of project plans (including collaborating with internal business partners and external suppliers. Specifically your tasks will cover: Coordinate and expand our Customer Experience community to the global Siemens work-force, as well as defining targets and opportunities of employee involvement. Act as execution support for the Customer Experience team, supporting the regional CX managers with the execution of our 16 initiatives created to enhance the customer experience. Manage the execution of the bi-monthly customer newsletters, the annual Customer Relationship survey, and the internal service culture program “i care”. Coordinate regular and relevant internal and external communication about the CX projects and related initiatives. Maintain and update the i care workspace with relevant information. Track and report ongoing status of various projects to the Customer Experience team. Contribute to enhanced customer service performance across the global business. Travel activity in the range of 25 days per year must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? You are familiar with Workspace, PPT, Excel and SalesForce. As a person you are highly structured, efficient and able to conduct project plans, follow up on progress and setting deadlines. In addition, you are self-driven and comfortable with working on your own, yet you also posses the team-player mentality vital to the collaboration with the team of Customer Experience Managers in other regions. Preferably you come from the Siemens WP or PS organizations. You can demonstrate great networking skills and you excel in interacting and networking at all levels of an international organization. Furthermore, you possess excellent Danish and English skills both orally and in writing. German language skills are also a benefit. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
