As we have numerous other students, you will participate in our internal network hosted by the Graduates in Grundfos Graduate Programme. Here you can meet with other students to share experiences, gain more insight or just have fun in the “Archimedes Club”. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As an intern you will work across several HR functions. Your tasks will be split into three different areas; Recruitment, Employer Branding and Employee Motivation Survey. Within Employer Branding, your job will be to plan and coordinate branding activities and campaigns, to create communication material and to support our channels, such as social media and web communication. You will also take part in the recruitment process for our Graduate Programme. You will take part in the screening process as well as conducting telephone interviews for the programme. You will also be involved in the execution of our annual Employee Motivation Survey. This survey serves to give us insight into the satisfaction and motivation of our employees. Your tasks include coordination, support and could also include development of communication material. Though this project, you will gain insight into project planning and execution. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You are studying a relevant master degree within eg. HR, organisation, Communications, Organisational Psychology etc. You have an international outlook and speak and write fluent English. You are ambitious with the intention to add value to the company you join. You have good people skills and stakeholder management is a natural focus in the way you work. You are structured and take pride in maintaining a high quality level in the work you do. Yderligere information: Expected start date will be February 1st 2015. We expect the internship to be 4-5 months, also depending on your study plan
