The Supply Chain business region is expanding its activities, and we are therefore looking for an energetic Team Lead for our Towers department. You will report directly to the Head of Global Towers. What are my responsibilities? The Leam Lead QA will have the overall responsibility for supplier quality both processes and product. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: Execute planned and systematic activities related to supplier qualification and upcoming projects Responsible for verify supplier capabilities related to process and product Assure that quality requirements for product or service are fulfilled To assure that products or services can be fulfilled according to customer specifications and requirements. Secure continuous improvement at suppliers and in department Lead contact towards internal/external customer for all quality related activities To assure conformity with product/process. Participate in supplier pre-selection by performing relevant risk assessments, business performance analysis etc. Participate and support supplier quality (SQE) in QMS audits to highlight potential risk to quality. Prepare and initiate Process and Product qualifications (FAI and process audits) to achive R2O status What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a degree in engineering or another technical education at Bachelor’s level. Preferably, you have relevant experience from the construction, offshore or wind industry. You are an experienced and motivating manager as well as a strong negotiator, and you have demonstrated experience in dealing with customers and subcontractors. You like traveling and thrive in an international environment, and you are flexible as to being located on project sites. As a person, you are result-oriented and you have a structured approach to complex tasks. Additionally, you possess outstanding communication skills as well as good English skills both orally and in writing, and you are familiar with Microsoft Office. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
