Then join the Common Application Department in Bjerringbro, Denmark, where you will be part of an agile team of six experienced Software Developers. The department is currently part of an exciting transition, striving to create one common software platform that is to be used in the future portfolio of products that and increasingly connected. This means integration of new technologies and several new ways of working, where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality in close cooperation with the team. As the person responsible for test, it is your primary responsibility to develop and maintain the test systems we have in place. Systems where test automation is essential. This entails analysing technical embedded software features and requirements, developing the software and specifying test cases accordingly as well as developing and maintaining test scripts for testing software executed on target. You work closely with our Continuous Integration Team that implement and maintain our Continuous Integration setup using Jenkins. You participate in developing and maintaining our Software Build and test architecture and collaborate with our colleagues at our sites Denmark, India & China that focus on tests. “A main focus for you in this position is on quality. You work to ensure the quality that we deliver as a team. And it will be a challenge to balance work in detail, while at the same time ensuring quality of our overall work,” Allan says. What do you need to apply? You have an education as Engineer, Master of Science within software, Computer Scientist or similar combined with some years of experience within embedded programming and testing. Preferably, you have experience with Continuous Integration and delivery, and it is a plus if you have experience with global development and agile methods like Scrum. You speak and write fluent English. “On a personal level, you take the lead and guide colleagues as well as ensuring quality in the work of the team.
