In order to give the very best service to our customers are we expanding our sales team. Key Accountabilities • Back office sales support to SGM customers predominantly in the UK, US and Latin America. • Communication with customers by e-mail or phone • Handling sales orders • Coordinating returned goods (RMA) • Working in Salesforce CRM system • Answering inquiries on lead times and inventory • Coordinating with warehouse and logistics • Creating and developing a complete and detailed overview of orders, invoices and shipping Skills & Experience • Experience with US customer service • Experience with AX (ERP) and CRM systems • Market experience from the lighting industry will be an advantage • BtB experience • Experience as back office sales assistant or customer care assistant • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills (Danish language skills are not essential) • Strong skills in Microsoft Office • Meticulous attention to details and deadlines • Excellent team player with a cross-cultural mind-set • Entrepreneur and get-the-job-done mentality • Systematic approach to workflow • Good at getting energy out of unforeseen challenges Working conditions Working hours are from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. If you can start later in the day, it will be a plus - but not required. To fulfill this position it is necessary to work at the HQ in Aarhus. You will become part of an international team, where we expect a high level of flexibility from our employees, but offer the same. SGM has a non-smoking company policy.
