In Analytical CRM we are looking for an experienced analyst to support us in bringing analytics into our communication in all customer touch points. We want to create relevant personalised services and customer experiences across all channels as part of Nordea future relationship bank – An essential part of this is to build advanced analytics and use it across all channels. The position we offer As an analyst in Analytical CRM you will be working in one of Nordea’s top priority areas, being a part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining a Propensity Factory containing models and business logics supporting our customer dialogue. You use a SAS MA and SAS RTDM framework to bring your analytical models into customer interactions in digital channels as well as through the branch network. You will get a network of 40 colleagues in Analytics across the Nordic countries that have wide experiences within different areas of analytics. We have an informal environment with high professional standards. Your main tasks will be to: •Investigate data sources and bring production needs to IT •Build propensity models and other analytics into being the foundation for most of our advisory, sales and marketing activities •Support us in building flows for marketing and sales activities in SAS MA and SAS RTDM •Proactively engage in creating the optimal setup for addressing the right customer, with the right message, in the right channel at the right time •Follow-up on executed campaigns and improve our retention, sales and customer loyalty based on your finding in close cooperation with various stakeholders across Nordea All your work will be in close co-operation with your colleagues in Analytics, Digital Banking and the rest of Nordea We focus on maintaining a good working environment by emphasizing a constructive and dialogue oriented approach to cooperation with colleagues. The qualifications you need You have experience with analytical modelling for CRM purposes and might already have some experience with SAS MA or similar tools for customer interactions. You have a clear understanding of how marketing and sales activities are effectively executed with analytics based target groups and you are able to use your knowledge to create great customer experiences You might already have retail or corporate banking knowledge but this is not a prerequisite. You have a lot of energy, an analytical mind-set and the ability to understand complex matters and learn quickly. You can translate your analytical mind-set into concrete actions for the benefit of our customers and can further understand others perspective and build bridge to other parts of Nordea. Your daily work will be in a Nordic organisation where being supportive and working together across the Nordic region is essential. Some travel within the Nordic region will occur.
