Would you like to support the implementation of the Daily Progress Reporting data logging system and be responsible for ensuring high data quality and data compliance? Join us and become a Daily Progress Reporting (DPR) Data Compliance Analyst in Project Support which is responsible for implementing the DPR system – a system for logging data on all activities related to our construction of wind farms. The data are crucial for the projects to monitor progress, proactively respond to trends and to document potential claim situations. It is also very important for our pipeline projects in order to improve our processes, make more accurate planning as well as for contract negotiations. The department is part of Wind Power, which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world's largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area or in Skærbæk near Fredericia. However, you should expect some travelling to our locations both in Denmark and abroad in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As a DPR Data Compliance Analyst, you will be supporting the implementation of the DPR system and ensuring high data quality in the four main installation scopes (substation, foundation, cable and wind turbine generator installation) on all asset projects according to best practice. This includes being involved before execution commencement in defining activity catalogues and training client representatives in the DPR software. During the installation campaign, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of the data entered by the client representatives with the activity catalogue using the DPR quality checker. Furthermore, you will have responsibility for analysing the composed data to be capable of hosting a monthly meeting with the relevant project management team, to present trends and other relevant data – project-specific levers – as well as to identity portfolio-relevant Cost of Electricity opportunities and address these issues or opportunities – portfolio-relevant levers. Furthermore, your key duties will be to be responsible for setting up the activity/milestone catalogue and the DPR software, monitoring compliance of and quality assuring DPR data on a daily/weekly basis and communicating with client representatives to ensure this coordinate DPR 'kick-off' event with relevant content delivered by contract managers, installation managers and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) to ensure that all relevant aspects of the scope and contract have been covered before commencing the offshore installation for the package in question export DPR data to Excel and analyse data using a statistical method (that is, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, etc.). Use DPR data to assist building relevant data-based documentation as input to claim negotiation meetings and create custom reports by request from EPC, project managers, installation managers or contract managers prepare and present monthly analysis of relevant data for the relevant project management team (project specific levers) and to asses if these can impact the coming project results (time, costs, etc.) and present this in the line organisation as Cost of Electricity levers be responsible for training of client representatives. Your profile You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent and, preferably, have some experience or knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar.
