As a participant in the Danfoss Postgraduate Programme, you get the chance to explore and develop your capabilities within supply chain management, including project management, change management and process planning & mapping. We count on you from day one, and during your 24 months on the programme you will work on business-critical assignments in four different departments. Extensive knowledge within supply chain management and business optimisation tools As a supply chain postgraduate, you will be trained in the way we drive practice and performance in Danfoss, and how we develop best practice tools and processes. We build our success on a strong focus on continuous improvement and we have a long record in working with optimisation tools and processes to ensure that Danfoss’ performance is second to none. The postgraduate programme is a unique chance to work with and build extensive knowledge within all relevant areas of business optimisation tools to increase productivity and release potential. At the same time, you will learn to understand business processes and the value chain from purchasing to production. The programme involves four rotations and at least six months outside Denmark. The exact content of the programme will be planned in a continuous dialogue between you and your mentor to ensure a steep learning curve. You will be one of 40 postgraduates, and we expect you to play an active part in the global community. At the end of the programme, your results will lead to a permanent position within supply chain and you will have the opportunity to develop your career in Danfoss, e.g. within Supply Chain, Production or Logistics Management. A master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Economics or Manufacturing To be selected for the programme you must have completed a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Economics, Manufacturing or similar with convincing results. You have a great interest in project management and optimisation tools, you have an extensive understanding of the value chain and you are eager to learn more. As part of a global company you must have excellent English skills and be ready to travel frequently. On a personal level, it is crucial that you are ambitious and have the will to win, and that you thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic world. To be a success, you must also be a team player who can listen and learn and who are ready to work at all levels of the organisation.
