Growth Manager at L'AMOURBOX, Copenhagen

Who are we and why should we work together? 

We are the leading subscription club of romantic and erotic product in Scandinavia and known from Løvens Hule / Shark Tank / Dragons Den.

Back in December 2017 we shipped out our first box with the vision to inspire couples to better intimacy and sparkle in the relationship. Since then more than 5000 couples in Denmark, Sweden and Norway tried L’AMOURBOX.

We feel we are on to something big, but we just started, and we need you to be part of our journey, scaling L’AMOURBOX in our new office in Copenhagen at Founders House. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • We are looking for a creative team player with 2-3+ years of experience with design, SoMe and customer relations.
  • Highly creative- ability to create simple but compelling content (videos, images & words)
  • Track record of innovation in the social media
  • You are independent and knows how to take action.
  • Have excellent writing skills and a good visual eye
  • Experience with concepting product photo shoots preferred.
  • Online portfolio showcasing past work and design ability, required, to demonstrate great design and layout skills and well-developed typography skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Passion and ability to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable under pressure and disciplined with time management and organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial design background is a plus
  • A big plus if comfortable on camera
  • Personal desire to keep up with current design trends, standards and best practices.

YOUR ROLE

  • A real opportunity to be part of a fun, exciting and hardworking start-up starting from scratch in Copenhagen
  • Managing, developing and executing the social media content line-up across our social media platforms for relationships and romance (Facebook / Facebook Live, Instagram / Instagram Stories, YouTube)
  • Strategize and develop effective social campaigns for L’AMOURBOX initiatives.
  • Working together with our translators in Sweden and Norway
  • Creating visual & written assets
  • Creating simple social videos & taking pictures
  • Testing new, emerging features on social media platforms
  • Develop and execute unique concepts, designs, and layouts for digital marketing, ideally including motion graphics, to deliver on project objectives and brand visual identity.
  • Shooting pictures and videos from our newest big releases to the daily work at L’AMOURBOX
  • Stay true to approved typography, photography, graphic, and brand standards with innovative layouts and concepts.
  • Ideating engaging and fun concepts for our monthly marketing campaigns
  • Making sure our communication and service across channels are outstanding
  • Responsible for our customer happiness team. It’s your responsibility that we have and outstanding experience from customer service to SoMe.
  • Developing content for each theme and release
