Are you a talented Business Process Manager with excellent Networking and People Management skills? Global Service, eBusiness & Global Processes Vestas' Global Service business was spun out as a separate business unit during 2014 due to the growing commercial and strategic significance of the service business. With our corporate strategy "Profitable Growth for Vestas" we have communicated specific, ambitious growth targets for service in coming three years. To achieve such targets while keeping our cost base steady requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally. The eBusiness & Global Processes team is responsible for developing the business systems, processes, information infrastructure and eBusiness/eServices necessary to support this transformation. All change programmes and solutions are defined closely together with colleagues across all service functions - both corporate and regional. Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will be to manage the development, standardization, improvement, and scalability of Processes and Systems in Global Service. You will lead a team of high level specialists in process & systems who handle all commercial, logistics, and operational process domains with users and stakeholders located all over the world. With the goal to jointly strive towards world-class business process management maturity and best practices. More over your tasks will be to: Drive out cost and increase quality and speed of our Business Processes using a Lean approach, Be Steering Committee member for several key capability projects, Ensure excellent process performance management and analysis, Fuel a continuous improvement culture by ensuring a dynamic high quality bottom-up ideas pipeline for systems and process changes/projects coming from the line organization, Ensure implementation and integration of business processes across process areas, Maintain an effective and successful Business Process Management framework and strong communities around it (business process specialists, local experts, regional anchors), Handle global senior stakeholders' requirements in all Vestas organization interacting with Service. Qualifications: To succeed in this position we expect that you have: Academic degree Master level or equivalent with extensive process management experience, Minimum 5 years of people Management experience, Minimum 3 years professional B2B experience across commercial and operational functions Superior understanding of Vestas (or comparable other) organization, systems, and global/cultural infrastructure Competencies: On the personal level it is very important that you possess leadership and persuasiveness and have strong people stakeholder, interpersonal management skills. You got experience with change management and implementation in a complex organisation. You must also have the understanding of critical path of customer satisfaction and operational excellence and relations / processes from vendor to customer throughout the entire value chain. Moreover we expect following competencies: Relevant certification or education in continuous improvement disciplines Able to connect strategy to operational and commercial process performance Superior analytical and conceptual thinking, creative problem solving skills Ability to create impact & receive buy from management teams and functional teams Superior written/verbal presentation and communication skills in English What we offer: You will contribute to developing a high-performing and high-paced team in a global environment.
