For our Export Control & Customs (ECC) Department, we are looking for an ECC Coordinator to join a team of 7 people. We each have our main work area, but we help each other where it is needed and we have a very open and relaxed atmosphere at the office. Export Control and Customs is divided into two sub departments – ECC Governance + ECC Operations ECC Governance specializes in different areas of export control and customs regulations and implementation of national and supranational export control and customs regulations in compliance with Siemens policies and guidelines ECC Operations specializes in the daily operation regarding import and export declarations and Master Data classification in accordance with Danish customs regulations. What are my responsibilities? Import declarations for Siemens Wind Power A/S Daily contact with freight forwarders, Siemens colleagues and SKAT Creation of various excel reports Participate in cross departmental projects Ensure a smooth service towards the business Ad hoc administrative tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? Experience within the transport- or logistics area You are an advanced user of SAP, MS Office and have a flair for IT systems in general As a person you are responsible, humorous, committed and have excellent business understanding. Furthermore you are able to understand and listen to business needs and requirements You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
