For our Onshore Project Site Execution within EMEA and APAC, we are looking for an Internal Project Manager – Lean Specialist. You have a strong analytical mindset and skills and at the same time you are an excellent change manager. Your people skills are strong and you understand that success in change management is about stakeholder buy-in and motivation of participants in the process. The position is very focused on process mapping, understanding and improvement, and less on hands-on tasks. You can be based in either of the above-mentioned areas, but have to be present in the area of Ikast on a very regular basis. The role is a role with some seniority due to the fact that impact on stakeholders and organization is crucial. The mission of the role is to: Ensure continuous improvement, drive improvement initiatives and share best practices related to tender, subcontracting and construction (site execution) of wind turbines across Global and Business Unit Project Management organizations. The main responsibilities are directly and indirectly contributing to the improvement of quality, safety and efficiency of the relevant processes resulting in cost reduction and better customer satisfaction. What are my responsibilities? · Lead and participate in improvement projects (primarily internal projects) and Kaizen workshops related to tender, subcontracting and construction (site execution) across market unit Onshore Project Management. Leveraging Lean/Six Sigma methods and best practice sharing in order to reduce cost baseline and increase quality and safety. · Standardize processes related to site execution activities. · Detect, keep an overview, and report the potential improvement areas, plan and prioritize the improvement initiatives, and monitor the progress and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Bachelor’s level, preferable in a technical field of study. · Lean experience/6 Sigma. · Excellent people, change management and negotiation skills. · Communication skills on different levels in the organization. · Flexible mindset. · Analytical skill set with a practical and logical outlook. · Result-oriented. · Willingness to travel approx 50% of your time. · Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
