ECCO Sko A/S in Bredebro is looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to run the Enterprise Risk Management function (ERM). ERM is part of the Group Treasury & Risk department which includes Treasury, Insurance and ERM. The Enterprise Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the ERM framework including the development of the ERM Policy and Procedures. The main focus for the Enterprise Risk Manager is to create value for ECCO through continued focus on risk management throughout the organization in an effective and lean process. Through workshops with stakeholders across functions and business units, the Enterprise Risk Manager facilitates the identification of key risks (and opportunities) for ECCO - and facilitates mitigation responses as well as reporting to the Managing Board. The position has become vacant due to an internal promotion. ERM at ECCO is a well-established function run by one person, and as such the new candidate will be able to influence the job profile, by independently driving the ambition and strategy of ERM at ECCO. Job Profile: •Lead and facilitate risk workshops for ECCOs top risks •Identify, analyse, manage and report risks •Continuous development of a risk register •Lead and facilitate ERM projects •Structure and follow up on ERM action plans •Build and run the ERM reporting cycle Qualifications and Work Experience: You are an excellent communicator, and enjoy presenting and facilitating. You are curious and challenges status quo. You work structured and independently. You are able to motivate and deliver results in a multicultural and international organization. You thrive on challenges; enjoy having more things to do at the same time and working in a very dynamic environment You are quality-oriented, meet deadlines and understand detail. ERM experience is a plus, but not a must - the right personal profile is more important. Understanding of finance is a plus. Other relevant experience can be from corporate governance and compliance functions. Project management and change management experience is a plus. Preferably, you have a theoretical background at Masters level.
