Leading global collaboration The LEGO Group is growing rapidly, increasing capacity and activities globally. To continuously ensure a high level of safety while also increasing activities in new geographies, we need a high performing, scalable Health and Safety (HS) organisation. Based in Billund, Denmark, you take on this newly established senior director role to lead, develop and unite an HS organisation of about 60 employees, who are dispersed across global production sites and hubs. You will drive the EHS as a global value-adding partner, forming common standards, structures and processes, and you: Ensure that we have the capabilities needed to meet our business priorities Raise the bar on our health and safety agenda, creating a direction that makes us stay ahead of the curve by utilising synergies, covering new risk areas and staying proactive Engage the organisation through a coherent, global perspective, while simultaneously supporting the ability to understand and act on local needs, legislation, and differences Pave the way for the success of the organisation by ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and the overall business agenda Only the best is good enough Within this role, you will be exposed to a wide range of stakeholders and notice an emphasis on quality, caring and learning in the LEGO Group. Globally-oriented and experienced leader with strong stakeholder management skills You will need to lead and operate in a complex stakeholder landscape often with different local interests and needs. This requires personal clout and the ability to lead leaders and think globally, while taking culture, personalities and local day-to-day operations into account. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Hold 5+ years of experience from a leadership position in a global organisation, maybe within a production environment and preferably with direct leadership of a diverse team of leaders Are knowledgeable about organisational development and leading change to embed corporate practices and processes throughout a business Are able to think and plan strategically yet understand the need for delivering on a day-to-day agenda Have a track record of managing a health and safety agenda or similar Communicate effortlessly in English and can travel up to 80 days a year Bringing it to life "You step into a well-performing organisation, where your challenge will be to keep momentum while developing the HS organisation of the future.
