Bring the LEGO® Story to life by creating outstanding impact for children in your local community, while engaging LEGO Employees. This is a chance to develop and execute new concepts as well as work with stakeholder engagement, company strategy and culture shaping. Engage your local community and LEGO Employees Your overall focus will be on driving Local Community Engagement (LCE) activities from A to Z. In doing so, you will create and implement events together with local partners, building on strong involvement of LEGO Employees as well as global tools and processes. Your key responsibilities include: Focusing on driving activities and events at your site that benefit local communities and engage LEGO Employees in the value of play Using your imagination and creativity to develop new events and activities through partnerships with local organisations such as schools and kindergartens Creating local awareness of activities and enabling strong voluntary participation of LEGO Employees Ensuring documentation and constantly working to find ways to improve impact together with your global LCE colleagues Planning and driving all site activities relating to a global LEGO Employee engagement day A strong commitment to local communities and employees Building on a successful trial period, the LCE program is now ready to be rolled out on a broader basis to global sites. This builds on a deeply held promise by the LEGO Group to create a positive impact on its local community, as well as a commitment to create opportunities for LEGO Employees to engage in the LEGO Idea. In this role, you will be instrumental in linking employee engagement closer to the impact of play and anchoring the LEGO Values and mission in the local community. Super structured and enthusiastic LEGO Pioneer To secure local engagement and enthusiasm surrounding the activities, you are driven by your passion for the LEGO Values, impact of learning through play and volunteering. At the same time, you master the art of planning and driving events forward in a highly structured manner, and you communicate engagingly and build relations with stakeholders. You: Possess a high sense of quality and are creative in identifying and developing executable, engaging ideas for activities Want to create a positive impact for local communities and LEGO Employees While we will consider a broad set of backgrounds for this role, you: Have solid experience in organizing events in the context of local communities, associations or NGOs and preferably some years of LEGO experience Communicate effortlessly in English and possess IT skills for presentations and documentation Hold at least a Bachelor's degree, and a background related to teaching or child development is an advantage Bringing it to life "Driving this project is just an awesome opportunity to make a social impact in your local community.
