We are looking for a talented Service Coordinator to join the head office in Esbjerg. The P&T Service department is part of the Semco Maritime Product & Technology division. The department provides services to the energy sector, including, among others, oil/gas offshore installations. Services are mainly within telecommunication systems, including SemTetra, SemSound and Line of Sight. You will join a team of technicians responsible for service, troubleshooting, inspection and commissioning tasks for our customers. Responsibilities and tasks: You will provide technical backup and give support to customers and service technicians and other tasks: You take care of the coordination of service tasks You will handling customer inquiries and maintaining a close dialogue with customers and in-house service technicians You do the preparation of quotations. Professional qualifications: You have a relevant education in electronics/electrical technology and you can document it. Furthermore, you have: Broad technical understanding Tendering experience Planning and coordination experience Experienced IT user Fluent in written and spoken English and we expect that you are willing to learn Danish Your profile: As a person you are serviceminded and customer-oriented. You are also structured and solution-oriented with good communication and teamworking skills.
