For our Quality and EHS department we are looking for a highly motivated EHS colleague with interest and experience in technical safety, risk assessment and equipment safety for our global EHS support function for the blade factories. As an EHS specialist you will work closely together with the process and equipment departments and the other EHS colleagues at the blade factories. Your location will be Aalborg but some travel activities to blade factories worldwide are to be expected. What are my responsibilities? ? Act as EHS support to the process and equipment departments in relation with development and specification of new production equipment ? Act as technical EHS support for blade factories in regards to risk assessment and technical safety, including equipment safety, lifting operation safety, internal transportation safety and workplace noise ? Identify EHS training needs and develop and implement necessary standards, procedures and manuals according to our integrated management system ? Drive EHS knowledge sharing across the blade factories What do I need to qualify for this job? ? You have a relevant technical education and solid practical health and safety experience ? You have extensive knowledge and working experience with technical safety aspects especially of the EU Machine Directive ? You have experience in working with occupational health and safety regulations dealing/liaising with H&S authorities ? Experience with workplace noise, electrical safety, lifting operation, ATEX and OHSAS 18001 are an advantage in the role ? You take responsibility, are self driven and have a pragmatic and solution oriented approach to your work ? You are systematic and structured and are a strong communicator both orally and in writing in English as well as Danish ? Furthermore, we value that you have a high spirit, are a team player and that you thrive in a hectic environment with many tasks and with a big interface In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
