We want to be at the forefront and thus shape the requirements from the various stakeholders, focusing on automated testing and documentation. As part of DEIF’s strategy about product testing, the department for product approvals in the R&D function is responsible for the assessment of the tests, results and coverage, as well as actively participating in the development of test cases and test setups in the various project groups. All tests are a part of the development department's verification of the products and form the basis for internal as well as external approvals of products before they are considered to be marketable. The job: We are looking for a person who - with the basis in the central approval function in cooperation with other project participants - wishes to plan and implement automated tests in the framework of projects. Your primary tasks will be: Define test strategy for products Define and communicate interfaces for automatic test systems Define/evaluate/validate test results for products Define/implement methods to predict product quality Refine and develop test systems Assist the projects in defining the test level for specific products Continuous development of new features in the automatic test systems The person: We are looking for a colleague who has great professional interest for and knowledge about developing tests and test systems. Together with the rest of the team, you will help to lift the level of development of tests and testability of the products. Therefore, we expect that you are team-and service-oriented and at the same time able to act independently. You have knowledge of embedded software and are a trained engineer, electronic technician, computer scientist or similar. It is necessary that you have experience in the field of tests and test systems from similar position. It is an advantage if you are familiar with script programming (Ruby) and have experience with running of tests on Jenkins-server. ISTQB certification would be a plus, while it is necessary that you can manage yourself in English and Danish in writing as well as speaking.
