For our Manufacturing Engineering department in Service Technology we are searching for a Team Lead for the Service Documentation team currently consisting of 10 Technical Writers. The Manufacturing Engineering department in Service Technology consists of 4 teams and is responsible for ensuring the documentation for servicing Siemens wind turbines in the field. What are my responsibilities? Overall responsible for managing the Technical Writers, i.e.: Resource planning, prioritization and delegation of tasks Further development of individuals in the team and the overall structure of the team in accordance with defined career paths Reporting of status and KPIs to top management Accountable for alignment of processes, standards and structures across the organization. This includes ensuring a close cooperation with locally employed Technical Writers and their Team Leads in the Regions Actively participate in the further development of Manufacturing Engineering in cooperation with the management team Administrative work related to the team lead role What do I need to qualify for this job? Personnel management experience (3+ years) from large, dynamic, international businesses Proven experience with Change Management with the purpose of developing the team to become more pro-active Strong personal drive, proactivity, empathy, intercultural understanding, persistency. Structured approach and understanding of IT systems Ideally experience with documentation standards Fluent in English and Danish In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
