General Summary & Overall Challenges Radiometer has recently launched several complex business transformation initiatives triggering multiple software implementations across Radiometers 30+ sales subsidiaries and production companies worldwide. Two of our key platforms are ERP (Axapta) and CRM (Dynamics) which are currently in the process of being developed and implemented globally. Multiple software solutions and requirements are being pushed to our customers in Radiometers sales subsidiaries and production companies, at the same time. To ensure a coherent and optimal implementation flow for our customers, with careful consideration to local and global objectives, resources and dependencies, such as integrations and legacy systems, it is critical to plan and execute the implementations centrally and manage these in a coordinated and well-structured manner. As Implementation Project Manager on the Axapta ERP platform, you will be responsible for planning and execution of implementation projects at Radiometer’s 30+ existing sales and production subsidiaries. Projects typically encompass all activities from •Early inception of new subsidiaries •Requirement specification •GAP analysis •Global implementation •Process mapping •Training, •Data migration •Go-live You will be at the center of these activities, assisted by an implementation team of internal business consultants and trainers, and equivalent counterparts in the business. The Implementation team is supported by a development team consisting of project managers, developers, testers and supporters. As a Project Manager in the Enterprise IT organization you will have stakeholders across a globally oriented business. Communication and successful stakeholder management is therefore key. Project maturation and specification is done in a close partnership with the global business, often through workshops facilitated by the implementation team. You will be working within the Enterprise IT Implementation team which is facing the business and is responsible for implementation of CRM and ERP. Besides the Implementation team, Enterprise IT also has a Development team, who delivers the technical platforms. The Enterprise IT organization is a growing team currently consisting of 15 internal employees + consultants Radiometer is currently running a mix of Axapta 2.5 and 2009. Plans are under ways to initiate an upgrade project to Axapta 7. The Implementation Project Manager will be involved in the planning and scoping of this project as one of the first assignments. II. Key Responsibilities Responsibility Measure of performance •Responsible Project Manager for end-to-end implementation of a global ERP system template - Delivery of projects on time and budget •Successfully master the classical disciplines in project management; Planning, risk mgt., stakeholder mgt., dependencies, resource mgt., etc. - Transparency in planning, execution and communication •Requirement management and specification, mainly through workshop facilitation within the business - Visibility of deliveries •Structured approach to all parts of a project and ability to create transparency through progress report
