Experienced Brewing Specialist for international position

We are looking for a new team member to conquer technical challenges in the emerging markets for the brewing industry. You develop solutions and new innovation for the brewing industry. You will frequently visit customers and assist them in troubleshooting, new product development and general customer support. Our purpose is to meet customer needs using DuPont Nutrition & Health’s wide range of products and capabilities. You are a dedicated and well-structured colleague, who can handle several projects simultaneously. You will be based in our Food Innovation Centre in Brabrand, Denmark reporting to the Application Brewing Group Manager. As a starting point approximately 50% of your time will be sales and customer support towards Asia including several longer visits in the region with base in local DuPont offices/ Innovation Centers. You will be participating in/driving projects together with both internal and external partners. You will work with a broad portfolio of primarily brewing enzyme solutions but also other ingredients/auxiliaries from the DuPont Nutrition & Health division. DuPont Nutrition & Health is a global leader in the area of food ingre­dients for the beverage & brewing industry. You will have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging industry. We are part of the global Application & Technical Service organization of DuPont Nutrition Biosciences. We are developing new concepts and giving our customers application support on ingredients for the brewing industry. Your primary responsibili­ties will be to: Provide technical support to our customers and our sales organization especially in Asia and EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Drive strategic customer development projects Drive internal innovation brewing projects Participate in launching new brewing solutions in close cooperation with other parts of our organization Continuously build technical know-how and com­petencies within the area Qualifications The ideal candidate is a Diploma Master Brewer or is having a similar educational background. Minimum 3 years’ experience from the brewing industry is required - preferably working with brewhouse, fermentation and beer processing operations. You need to have a theoretical understanding of brewing raw materials and a keen interest in the area of food chemistry, too. Your working style is structured, you deliver in due time and in a high quality. You are agile in a big organization and are capable of reaching common business objectives. This demands the ability to work independently and at the same time be a good team player. You have good communication skills and master the English language, both orally and written. You like to visit customers and frequent travel activity in EMEA and Asia fits your preferred working style. When working with customers, you have a professional attitude, which results in good businesses for both parts.
