We are looking for a Learning Coordinator for our Denmark HR Learning Team which supports managers and employees in all business learning related matters, e.g. course development and planning, program management and learning consulting. We deliver introduction and management programs as well as open courses across Siemens Denmark, and we work closely with the business segments to support them in developing and training managers and employees. Your place of work will primarily be in Brande, Denmark. What are my responsibilities? · Responsible for day-to-day learning administrative tasks and applies learning systems within the Learning Campus team. · Processes assigned tasks and checks progress of agreed transactions and work flows to ensure timely completion. · End-to-end responsible for learning related processes and transactions (i.e. setting up trainings, organizing transport and hotel resources) with involved internal and external parties. · Contributes to descriptions and continuous optimization of processes, work flows and procedures. · Reports accurately and timely to accountable management · Performs and maintains billing/invoicing activities. · Contributes to product/ Course launch related activities. · Ensures timely use of evaluation and effect measurement tools and processes. · Super user for learning IT systems What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have preferably experience within HR, learning processes or equivalent, combined with similar experience with coordinating courses and programs from a learning function and preferably from large organizations. · As a person, you are structured, analytical and service-oriented, · You are self-driven and able to solve tasks independently. · You possess good communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English. · In addition, you have advanced Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable working with learning management systems. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know? Siemens HR department performs tasks for all Siemens companies in Denmark and services approx. 6,500 employees. We counsel as well as develop and carry out all types of HR-related tasks such as recruitment, development of the organization and employees and administration of wages and personnel. At present our department has 120 dedicated employees, and we have offices I Ballerup, Brande, Nordborg, Vejle and Aalborg.
