Are you a skilled designer and frequent user of 3D drawing programs? Do you want to assist our customers throughout the complete process from idea to implementation? Do you thrive in a work environment that offers daily variety and challenging tasks? Then you are the designer we are looking for.
Your area of responsibility You will play a key role in the process of defining and specifying complete automation solutions for our customers. It will be your responsibility to provide input and produce drafts for the sales layout to be presented to our customer. After closing the deal, you will define a project plan in close cooperation with our sales representative and project manager. You will be in charge of developing and specifying all individual elements of the automation solution: you will produce detail design, drawing documentation and production drawings in 3D based on the layout of both the mechanical, pneumatic and the function of electrical elements of the project. Throughout the process together with your colleagues you will attend meetings with our customers, make risk assessments and participate in the testing process (FAT). You will produce and ensure that all documentation is following current laws and regulations as well as you will contribute to Robot Nordic’s work with the CE marking.
Your profile We are looking for an experienced mechanical designer who is educated as Mechanical Engineer or Production Technologist and ideally having a background as a craftsman. Having worked with 3D, possibly in a technical department, you know the standards within this field of mechanical engineering. Knowledge of robot technology or some skills within electrical technology would be your advantage. Ability to effectively apply your oral and written communicative skills with your colleagues, the organization and customers in English and in the long-term Danish language is our requirement. Your personal strength is your innovative, methodical and thorough approach to your tasks and your ability to stay focused – especially when things get busy. You thrive in a smaller company where teamwork and a relaxed atmosphere are highly valued.
