If you can answer yes to these questions, you may be the Flow Manager we are looking for in Business Support, Sourcing Operations, Bagsværd. About the department Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is the inbound supply chain area in Product Supply, responsible for purchasing, quality controlling and distributing/warehousing the thousands of materials going into the production worldwide. We are 20 dedicated colleagues in Business Support, among others responsible for supporting this complex setup in becoming still more effective and efficient. The job This is a position in which you will enjoy a high degree of influence on the flow of incoming materials in Novo Nordisk. You will become responsible for managing one of our three material flows, handling critical and urgent issues to ensure that production sites have the materials they need at the right time. At the same time, you will work on continuous improvements in the material flow through solid forecasting and systematic problem solving. You will work with all parts of the SoOp organisation, and wider with Novo Nordisk Production sites, providing you with the opportunity to thoroughly getting to know the supply chain within Novo Nordisk. On a daily basis you will drive cross organisational flow boards and together with your two Flow Manager colleagues drive the daily CVP board with SoOp Management. The position will provide you with intensive performance board experience and daily management exposure and hence could be a stepping stone towards a team leader position in Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master's degree (i.e. in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management) with excellent results. You have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, likely within project management, supply chain, production planning, purchasing or alike. As a person, you have an analytical mind-set and you are able to get to the core of a problem, while keeping the big picture. You have a drive towards change and making things happen and naturally challenge status quo. Furthermore, you have a natural authority, great communication skills and you are able to cooperate with people at all levels in the organisation. Finally, you speak and write English fluently.
