- Logistics - Denmark - Bagsværd Are you looking for new sourcing challenges? -We are looking for Sourcing Professional to be a part of our API Purchasing team in Bagsværd. About the department The Purchasing department in Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is responsible for the purchasing process of direct spend materials in Novo Nordisk as well as securing due time introduction of new raw materials for our CMC manufacturing sites. As our new Sourcing Professional you will join the API team consisting of 11 highly skilled and motivated employees with the responsibility of order and supply chain management and ensuring supply of API raw materials from external suppliers. The main customers are Novo Nordisk Product Supply manufacturing sites in Denmark and abroad together with all CMC manufacturing sites. The job Your role as sourcing professional will be as sourcing linkage between CMC and PS facilities. You will be one point of entry responsible towards CMC departments regarding sourcing matters and facilitate information between CMC and PS regarding various supply chain challenges. You will also facilitate timely introduction and transfer of new raw materials from CMC to PS and coordinate internally. An important part of the job is stock management and secure supply for campaigns by looking into supplier constrains, forecasting and project plans. You will also be supporting our operational CMC purchaser towards the external suppliers with different analysis of data. Further you will be involved in defining and lead projects or ad hoc analysis to improve our business processes across the team. In order to solve these tasks, you will have to coordinate and collaborate with many internal and external parties. Qualifications Preferable you have a HD or Master degree e.g. in supply chain, economics or engineering. This combined with a couple of years experience within sourcing or a similar field. As we are working in a GMP environment, it is important that you are quality-conscious. Experience with SAP is an advantage as well as Excel experience is a prerequisite. You have strong analytical skills and show a strong sense of responsibility, fully owning your work tasks while driving performance and continuous improvement. As a person you have a positive mindset and like a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while managing strict deadlines. You bring a can-do attitude, value team-work, and possess a strong personal drive and dedication. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
