Enable the commercial optimisation of digital games As part of the Digital Games team, you help set the commercial direction and objectives for new games development. We work with different areas of gaming from mobile to console with an external partner model for game development. You join the development project in the first stages of game development to define why we are developing the game and its business potential. In alignment with Marketing Managers, Production Managers and Creative Managers, you base your decisions on insights, competitor analysis and market knowledge, and your role includes: Driving insights-based decisions and recommendations and ensuring relevant insights and knowledge are documented, shared and leveraged with stakeholders Identifying commercial goals and aligning them with the down-stream managers Collaborating closely with stakeholders and managing external partners Exploring and identifying new marketing areas in which to expand the campaigns and business Make a difference for the builders of tomorrow Working as Games Marketing Manager, you will join a company where we invite you to apply your creativity and marketing expertise, thereby ensuring that children all over the world always meet a fun, relevant and high quality LEGO® Experience. Digital marketing experience combined with a passion for games and the digital Space The challenge in this position is to take on a constructive partner management role, where you are able to impact others through dialogue and interaction to get your ideas across and bring people together.
