Key Responsibilities You will be a member of a performance driven HR team and will have the strategic and operational responsibility for HR in your specific part of the organization. Within your area, you are responsible for developing the human capabilities according to the agreed business strategies and objectives. This includes the following areas of responsibility: Strategic workforce planning and recruitment in cooperation with the recruitment partner Performance management Talent management Leadership development Act as a sparring partner to the senior leaders on a day-to-day basis Contribute to the implementation of the business strategy Shape and drive implementation of strategic HR initiatives Facilitate organizational change Impatriation/Expatriation Link performance and pay Who we are looking for We expect you to hold a relevant MSc. or Cand. degree. You are a seasoned HR professional with experience from a similar role and you have the potential to go far. It is important that you address the job with a strong understanding of the business and a hands-on approach. Naturally, you thrive in a highly independent and visible position in a free and dynamic working environment. The position calls for a result-oriented and analytical person with excellent interpersonal and communicative skills who can combine a holistic business view with concrete HR initiatives.
