Would you like to use your analytical marketing tool box to build our marketing excellence, plan global marketing campaigns and deliver world class insights? Build marketing best practise and drive global campaigns You will lead a new team currently consisting of an Insights Manager and build the Marketing Management function. In this position, you will chair the Global Marketing Forum where global and local Heads of Marketing participate. Across segments and market areas, you will be responsible for defining, developing and managing the development of LEGO Education's marketing system and processes as well as: Drive marketing excellence by coordinating global online and offline campaigns and deliver follow-up by gathering and analysing data Coordinate target setting for campaigns, including measuring and spend allocation according to customer touch points Be responsible for transforming global market research into intelligence and actionable insight as well as lead insights and set directions Support and strengthen the marketing effectiveness and insights base to drive better decision making Travel 20-30 days per year to meet with local sales offices and agencies as well as participate in events Enabling every student to succeed LEGO® Education is responsible for developing and selling educational solutions tailored to the global educational market. Analytical Marketing Management professional with great verbal and written communication skills As Marketing Management is a new area in LEGO Education, you need your entrepreneurial and agile mind-set to thrive in building a marketing excellence base.
