Help raise our Business Intelligence to the next level' As Senior BI Analyst, you work both independently and in close collaboration with a team of 5. Together, you develop new ideas for Business Intelligence (BI) services, providing daily support to Super Users, Managing Business Warehouse (BW) load issues in collaboration with corporate IT, execute training in a train-the-trainer setup and leverage BI expertise in connection to large LEGO Projects. You travel about 15 days a year, and, depending on your specific qualifications, you get responsibilities within the following: - Connecting business needs with IT capabilities by developing and optimising global reporting solutions and ensuring that the system meets user needs - Responsibility for training Super Users as well as creating and improving training materials for both content and role training - Reporting best practices and positively influencing the behaviour of our analysts, thereby providing guidance and securing documentation - Carrying out user support and handling questions from Super Users with regards to our services - Being the expert and dive deeply into data problems to find solutions High performance culture with room to play You will join a team with a high level of expertise and big ambitions for the future. Strong and independent BI profile In this position, you will collaborate and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders across cultures. Because of their different needs for support and varying levels of current BI skills, we continuously strive to deliver what they need, while teaching them what we know. To succeed in this role, you: - Have 2+ years of experience working with business intelligence, preferably within supply chain and reporting in relations to planning and/or distribution - Hold a degree in Science, alternatively you could be a Production Engineer or similar - Have experience with SAP and SAP BW or SAP BO, and you have specialist knowledge of BI tools - Are motivated by leading others and cooperating to achieve results - Speak and write English effortlessly - it is an advantage but not a prerequisite if you also know Danish, Spanish or Chinese, as our team is international and our stakeholders global Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
