Currently, we are looking for an experienced Global HR Business Partner, who will join and support Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Controls division by providing a consultancy and driving service to deliver best-practice and business-focused HR solutions in order to meet business requirements. Our Global HR Partner will develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related programmes and activities, aligned with corporate and divisional policy. With a full business responsibility, the Global HR Business Partner will be located in Kolding or Nordborg and will provide the HR service in close cooperation with the divisional management team and the rest of the HR community within Danfoss. Your tasks: •Act as confidante to the senior management team •Develop the “people part” of the business strategy – aligning with the global HR Strategy of the Danfoss Group •Initiate and manage business strategy-driven organisational development •Lead Change Management initiatives with people impact •Develop and implement initiatives to enhance organisational/divisional and people performance through engagement •Develop/support excellent leadership in the division •Create strategic workforce forecasting and identify strategic competences for the future •Management coaching and development •Initiate/lead activities increasing satisfaction, motivation and engagement in division •Participate in group-wide global HR and division project work and continuous improvements •Create and maintain strong network among HR Partners serving the division •Provide business priorities and annual goals to Center of Excellence/HR Operations to ensure alignment •Managing and forecasting people cost (budget) •Participate in executive recruitment Your profile: •Minimum eight years of experience, preferably in an industrial environment with increasing levels of responsibility •People management experience will be an advantage •University degree •Experience working in a global matrixed environment with change management and leading transformation processes •Fluent in English •PC knowledge including HR supporting systems Personal characteristics: •Open-minded and fact-based team player •Structured and detailed approach to problem solving •Leadership skills on a high level •Global mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organisation •Influential and comfortable in making decisions •High degree of self-motivation and ability to drive and prioritise own tasks •Well-organised individual with excellent analytical skills who is business-minded, self-motivated and ambitious •Strong business acumen and Stakeholder Relationship Management •Excellent coaching and consultancy skills •Strategic and analytical •Performance management •Excellent process facilitation and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to analyse current practices, identify improvement opportunities, build consensus and assist with implementation •Proactive and strong sense of urgency •Robust, able to deal with diversity, change and resistance We offer: •Professional development •Personal development •Opportunity to influence •Work-life balance For further questions, please contact the hiring manager: Jaroslaw Fotyga, HR Director, RAC Division at +48 603 886 326 or Jaroslaw_Fotyga (at) danfoss.com
