If you have a loaded HR toolbox, drive and solid business understanding, you now have the opportunity to join a successful and growing global organisation. You will work across a variety of HR disciplines as the manager's trusted business advisor and sparring partner - strategically and hands-on. Strengthen the business while building culture and capabilities Your overall objective is to be co-driver of the People, Culture and Capability agenda within the global Engineering and Quality organisation counting +850 employees with more to come. You will join a team of 4 dedicated HR Business Partners and an HR Director in a fast-paced environment where we are to deliver and execute. You will be based in Billund but as part of our international operation you will travel to our production sites in Hungary, Mexico, the Czech Republic and China, estimated 20 days per year. In overview, your primary tasks will be to: Drive the People, Culture and Capability agenda working strategically as well as hands-on Be a strictly business focused sparring partner for 15-20 managers Support the organisational development within e.g. succession and workforce planning Contribute to development of new and optimisation of existing processes and systems across the global organisation Contribute to ongoing knowledge and best practise sharing Help us reach our ambitious goals When joining the LEGO Group, you are trusted to make decisions, do what is right and get things done at the highest possible quality. Business profile with solid HR knowledge To succeed in this role you must bring thorough business understanding and a genuine interest in knowing the bits and bytes of the organisation's value chain. As such, your HR knowledge could very well be supported by (managerial) experience from a non-HR related area. Your background covers: An academic degree or equivalent Minimum 4 years' HR business experience covering various roles and disciplines A fully loaded HR toolbox The ability to deliver and execute - turning a problem into a solution on the move A keen interest in the business and the ability to bridge business needs and the right HR tools - in many different situations The ability to support implementation of strategies and changes Excellent communication and networking skills An open mindset making you capable of creating results across geographical and cultural borders Solid English skills written and spoken your move and help us move If you are ready to make your next important career move, we are looking forward to including you in our team.
