For the Offshore Project Management Excellence department at our Offshore Competency Centre in Vejle, Denmark, we are looking for a service-minded, pro-active and structured Team Assistant. What are my responsibilities? As a Team Assistant, your main responsibility is to assist the management and team of specialists and technicians with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth and effective handling of their daily business. More specifically, your main tasks will be: • Scheduling resources (people, meetings, appointments, rooms and equipment) • Maintaining administrative procedures and updating documents • Organizing travel arrangements • On-boarding new employees in the organization • Preparing presentation material for external and internal use • Coordinating and booking of trainings • Issuing Purchase Order Requests & verifying supplier invoices • Following up on meetings, actions, surveys etc. • Workspace coordination • Supporting in ad hoc administrative tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? You have minimum a Bachelor’s degree and an administrative background combined with several years of experience from a coordinating and supporting function. You possess excellent IT skills, especially within Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP is an advantage. You are a strong communicator and speak and write English on a high level. As a person, you are structured, pro-active and you are able to follow up and document results. Furthermore, you understand the importance of good service and a positive dialogue in your daily work and thrive in a hectic environment with many interfaces and deadlines. If you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
