We are looking for a motivated manager who is going to lead supplier quality engineers, develop, run and maintain comprehensive supplier quality program with the suppliers of finished goods. Responsibility covers application and supervision of quality systems tools, methods and principles towards the supplier worldwide (Poland, Mexico and possible future locations) which must be executed in close synergy with procurement and quality teams. Main tasks and responsibilities • Coordination of quality activities worldwide • Application and supervision of quality systems tools, methods and principles towards global suppliers • Proactively focus on continuous improvement of quality and costs related to non-conformity • Supports the implementation of the quality development activities by the suppliers • Driving the projects within quality • Securing close and intensive collaboration between LEGO® and the suppliers • Monitor, measure, report the performance of the suppliers • Provide the audits • Systemize the activities regarding corrective and preventive actions in order to prioritize and manage them • Ensuring the knowledge transfer and promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization Are you the right person for this role? • At least 5year experience in quality management or technical management • People leadership experience • Stakeholder management skills towards internal stakeholders and the suppliers • Understanding of supply chain, End-2-End generalist • Fluent in English • Flexibility in travelling (20-30 days per year); we always try to support our employees in planning their trips according to their personal and family schedules if possible?
