Key Responsibilities You will work with coordination between functions and assets in operational issues, and your responsibilities include among others: • Monitoring cross asset safety and operational issues • Acting as Corporate interface in operational, technical and procedural issues • Reporting and follow up on production results, KPI’s etc. • Preparation of presentations to stakeholders e.g. partners • Identifying and defining scope for removal of process constraints • Contributing to continuous improvements of safety and production figures • Updating procedures in General Management System • Developing training material and courses • Actively participate in process safety audits offshore In addition, you can expect offshore visits at regular basis (approx. 2-3 days per month). Who we are looking for The ideal candidate holds an engineer/marine engineer degree combined with operational experience of hydro carbon facilities. Experience from oil handling processes is a definite requirement. The position calls for a person with a great overview and excellent communication and collaborative skills, and who is able to navigate between many different stakeholders and tasks at the same time. In addition, you are a self-motivated team player with a solution oriented approach with high focus on process safety. You should be proficient in verbal and written English.
