Would you like to play a key role in deploying LEGO Bricks and building sets to LEGO Fan groups on a global scale? This is your opportunity to provide excellent support and operations tasks in a department where you engage with LEGO Fans and experience their amazing LEGO Creations first-hand. Operations and support tasks focusing on community support programs You will join the Community Engagement & Events (CEE) team where we interact with more than 250 LEGO Fan groups worldwide and operate 5-6 different support programmes. In this connection, we ship millions of LEGO Bricks and building sets on a yearly basis, and your role will be to provide logistics and business operations support. In particular, your tasks will include: Shipping responsibilities such as process invoicing, shipping and packing instructions and deploying orders from community support programs Providing flexible support to the CEE team, including supporting community business projects, conducting ad hoc tasks and organising team meetings Managing day-to-day relationship between internal supply chain partners and organising tasks within warehouse Finding ways to optimise operations and the supply chain to better deliver to customers Creativity and collaboration The LEGO Group is an international, family-owned business, and collaboration shapes everything we do. You will join a team of 4 Community Managers who have direct responsibility for LEGO Fan interaction. Working together, you strive to leverage the passion, talent and experience of mature LEGO Fans. Working in CEE, you will experience the passion, creativity and deep engagement that adult LEGO Fans have with the products we produce every day. Can you manage your time and conduct long-term planning in a rapidly changing environment? It is of utmost importance in this position that you embrace administrative tasks while also being confident and calm working with dynamic ad hoc tasks on a daily basis. So, to shine in this role, you: Most likely have 2+ years in an administrative or logistics role and experience with project support, invoicing and shipping activities Have a detailed understanding of how to execute deliveries and a basic understanding of supply chain needs Take ownership of your tasks, are highly detail-oriented and you are good at managing your time and prioritising your tasks Are able to work with colleagues to plan for the long-term, as our support program is deployed at certain times throughout the year Have strong Microsoft office skills, and you speak and write English effortlessly Join the global family of LEGO® In the LEGO® Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
