ECCO is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and talented Mobile Project Manager for a newly established position in Digital Brand Communication in ECCO Global Brand Management. Someone able to both ‘do and think’ digital. ECCO Digital Brand Communication is responsible for all online campaigns on Social Media, our websites and within CRM. We develop and are responsible for our global loyalty program ECCO Moments among many other exciting areas. Our ambition is to deliver insights-driven consumer marketing and the understanding of consumer behavior is at the very heart of our work. You work closely with internal resources in Trade Concept Development, ECCO Agency, Global It, Global Sales and other relevant departments collaborating with Digital Brand Communication, content and creative teams both internally and with third-party vendors to integrate mobile into the organization and to deliver on various solutions to meet ECCO’s Mobile marketing objectives, ensuring on budget and on time delivery. Job Profile: You are responsible for, but not limited to, day-to-day management of assigned projects within the business, and works as a key part of the digital brand communication team to help define and execute the online/mobile strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with digital marketing, content and creative teams to integrate mobile into the organization. Manage the company’s mobile web presence and potential app portfolio across iOS, Android and other platforms. Develop user acquisition campaigns via mobile ads and retargeting. Build engagement and growth via customer relationship management, messaging campaigns and feedback. Identify opportunities and facilitate implementation of enhancements. Coordinate among internal ECCO stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives for our DTC business. Define and track key performance indicators for area of responsibility. Leverage analytics to form & share data-driven insights. Stay ‘in touch with’ the rapidly evolving digital space & best practices within area, especially competitor offerings. Be a thought leader in technology, design and user experience. Translate strategy into projects and drive project execution. You coordinate efforts of creative services, media, technology, reporting, data processing, database and production to effectively execute and track campaigns. Qualifications and Work Experience: A BA or MA in Media, Communication or Marketing. 2+ years of experience with digital content as e.g. digital producer, digital strategist or digital/creative project manager. Solid project management skills including follow-through on launch and production plans, economy and stakeholder communication Up-to-date knowledge of what is happening on the digital scene Ideally you understand and have experience working with identifying mobile/micro moments, however this is no requirement. High level English skills and a flair for learning an a desire to be constantly transforming.
